The Creative Fire Studio provides work related opportunities for individuals who have experienced mental health difficulties. This program is designed to help individuals learn work-related skills and independence as well as build self esteem. Individuals who work at the Creative Fire Studio will have the opportunity for career development, exploration and personal goal setting. Our program provides a variety of instruction and hands on opportunities. Individuals will have the opportunity to learn how to make a ceramic piece; this will include mold making, creating and painting ceramics pieces. Another portion of the program is the art of creating fused glass. This component will include cutting glass, planning glass patterns and fusing glass to make a finished product. The Creative Fire studio runs in 16 week blocks. Participants can attend on a full time or part time basis.
